As a salesperson, you are bound to get objections when trying to close a sale. Do not be discouraged, objections are an opportunity to respond and better educate the potential client or customer about the product or service. If they did not have any interest they would not give you the opportunity to overcome the objections.

    • Have several "well-honed" responses
    • Understand the objections you receive
    • Move towards the close
